The backing paper on these stamps did not tear cleanly (as pictured). The stamps themselves are perfectly intact, only the backing paper is uneven.
 
I can re-mount this stamp onto a different sticker backing paper for a cleaner look upon request, simply include a message asking me to do so at checkout.
